Hejsan!
Hope you had time to chill out this week end! Did you have something tasty?
As for me I tried a really tasty and themed Sweish smörgåsar, you have to try them step by step or you won’t stop (that was happened with me last year, but with kanelbullar. Their time will come again later this fall …
Though besides eating I used a sunny Saturday opportunity to cycle to Sofiero: ”one of the Swedish royal family’s country mansions” with a big and beautiful park. It took me just 30min to get to there: along the beach & then a bit up the bridge and little straight. As the high season finished it was a great chance to enjoy Sofiero’s garden once again, though from now on till the 15th of April it is possible to walk in the park, reflect and enjoy the silence free of charge.
In spring & summer Sofiero is a great place to relax, enjoy multiple flowers and fika with a nice view on the Elsinor castle on the Danish side. This June Sofiero celebrated its 150 years and there was a big event with the visit of the King and Queen themselves, since it was a Royal summer residence before.
On my way back I was able to see the ”future” of water sport: looked like real fun: will definitely try it next summer 🙂
Have you seen it too?
Now I am ready for the next week of Sustainability & City development studies: books are calling 🙂
Mvh,
Anna
