Currently i´m gaining valuable perspectives in sustainability, during a Master´s programme course Sustainability in Service Organisations. To see things in different angles, to step in other peoples boots is enlightening, inspiring and yes, sometimes also very painful. It is a step outside ones comfort zone. To me, that makes studying at university such growing experience. I think there are not too many places besides uni where one can really play with positions. Of course there´s also traveling, another opportunity for generating understanding about how you see others, and how they see you.
Then there´s Mentorship. A way of gaining perspectives and reflections about life after uni and priceless insights about how others see you. It is about one year ago when i received my first Mentor, through MiH Future Mentor Programme. I can wholeheartedly recommend the programme (the application is open still few days!) for anyone who is in need for perspectives and who is looking for personal growth! For me being a Mentee was exciting, challenging and sometimes also little tough, but at the end of the day incredibly rewarding.
